Our Mission.
We will provide transitional housing and Bible-centered mentorship in a safe learning environment for women leaving incarceration.
Our Vision.
We will empower women to become spiritually grounded and encourage the development of each woman’s potential in order to reduce recidivism.
Our Approach.
We will provide women who are released from incarceration with a unique two-year opportunity for personal development through participation in a “village” of support, encouragement, learning and restoration.
Potential participants will have achieved at least 12 months sobriety from alcohol and chemical addiction and demonstrate a desire to change life patterns and choices that contributed to their incarceration.
Our program.
To achieve the stable environment needed for personal growth, each woman will live independently in her own Shiloh Village apartment during the two-year mentoring program. The program will incorporate personal finance, education, household management, job skills, relationship building and parenting classes. Women will have a chance to learn basic life skills in a loving, safe and nurturing environment.
Our Goal.
Through an individualized plan, women will have opportunities to discover their gifts, achieve their goals and develop social networks. Graduates of Shiloh Village will be empowered with the resources to create successful new lives as they re-enter society.
